# Search reconciliation relationships

> Look up a remittance, ACH transfer, check deposit, or card payment by ID and get back everything Lemma has reconciled it against.

Given a remittance, inbound ACH transfer, check deposit, or inbound card payment ID, returns that object plus anything Lemma has reconciled it against. Use it to resolve reconciliation in either direction: from a remittance, find the deposit that paid it; from a deposit, find the remittance it settled.

Every ID in the response is one you can independently read. The object you queried comes first, and a matched counterpart is included only when you can read it yourself. See [Reconciliation](/docs/billing/reconciliation) for how Lemma matches remittances to deposits.

## Path parameters

<ParamField path="id" type="string" required>
  The ID to look up, prefixed with its type: a remittance (`remittance_…`),
  inbound ACH transfer (`inbound_ach_transfer_…`), check deposit
  (`check_deposit_…`), or inbound card payment (`inbound_card_payment_…`).
</ParamField>

## Response

Returns an array of reconciliation entries. The first entry is the object you queried; any further entry is a reconciled counterpart you can read. Each entry has the following fields.

<ResponseField name="type" type="string">
  The kind of object this ID refers to. One of `remittance`,
  `inbound_ach_transfer`, `check_deposit`, `inbound_card_payment`.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="id" type="string">
  The object's identifier.
</ResponseField>
