# Fees settings

> Choose the entity account used for monthly Lemma fees and review fee invoices.

[Fees settings](https://app.getlemma.com/_/settings/fees) has two parts: the account Lemma uses to debit monthly fees and the invoices for fees charged to the entity.

## Bank account to pay fees

The selected account is used for monthly fee billing. Lemma debits monthly bills on the first day of the month.

<Badge color="red">Owners only</Badge> Owners can open the account selector and choose a different entity bank account. Other roles can see the current selection but cannot change it.

If the expected account is not available, confirm that the account belongs to the selected entity and is visible to your role. Contact Lemma if the account still cannot be selected.

## Fee invoices

The invoice list shows fee invoices for the entity. Open an invoice to review its details. The list is read-only from Settings; changing the fee account does not rewrite past invoices.

## Changing the default account

1. Confirm that you are viewing the correct entity. Use the entity dropdown in the sidebar to switch entities if needed.
2. Open [Settings → Fees](https://app.getlemma.com/_/settings/fees).
3. Select the account dropdown under **Bank account to pay fees**.
4. Choose the account to use for future monthly debits.

The new default applies to future fee billing. It does not move money immediately or change any other account setting.
