# Lemma Electronic Communications Agreement

This legally binding contract is between Lemma Technologies, Inc., financial services partners (Increase and Core Bank), and account users. The agreement covers all information and notifications related to Lemma products. Users must have authority to commit their entity to this agreement.

## 1. Agreement to Receive Electronic Communications

“Communications” encompasses disclosures, legal notices, agreements, fee schedules, privacy policies, statements, records, and documents sent or requested. Lemma requires electronic delivery consent to open accounts and reserves the right to close accounts if consent is revoked.

## 2. Methods of Delivery

Communications are sent via: the Lemma website (https://getlemma.com), mobile app, SMS text messages, or email. The policy notes that banking partners may be legally required to provide certain communications in physical paper form despite electronic consent.

## 3. Required Computer and Software Specifications

Users need:

-   Personal computer or mobile device with compatible operating system
-   Internet access
-   Current web browser: Edge 42+, Firefox 62+, Safari 12+, or Chrome 69+
-   Storage medium for saving data
-   Valid, active email address
-   PDF file viewer software

Specifications may be updated periodically with user notification.

## 4. Keeping Your Contact Information Current

Users are solely responsible for maintaining current email and contact information. Lemma is not liable for missed communications due to outdated information. Updates can be sent to contact@getlemma.com.

## 5. How to Ask for Paper Documents

Users may request physical paper copies by emailing contact@getlemma.com, either for self-printing or mailed delivery.

## 6. Communications are Considered “In Writing”

Both we and our Banking Partners are legally obligated to provide you with certain information in a written format. Electronic or paper formats both satisfy written communication requirements.

## 7. Revoking Your Consent

Users may cancel electronic communications consent by emailing contact@getlemma.com, though account services may no longer be available. Remaining funds and mandatory disclosures will be provided in paper form.
