One deposit in. Every PC paid its share.

One processor collects for every PC. Lemma splits each deposit by your data and rules, then sweeps each PC its share, daily, with a record of why.

Built for how money actually arrives

Three things that happen when a shared deposit hits Lemma.

Split by your data, not a guess

Plug into the system where your allocation logic already lives, or just send us the data: settlement files, PM exports, 835s, any file on a schedule. Either way, Lemma reads it and allocates every line.

Logic as custom as your structure

Route by location, provider, payer, or CPT code. Take a fee first, cap a PC, send the rest to holding. If you can write the rule, Lemma runs it.

Swept daily, documented forever

Each PC's share moves to its own account every business day, with the data behind it attached. Any dollar traces back to its source.

One processor. Clean books per PC.

One processor often means one account, with every PC's revenue pooled inside it. Lemma splits and sweeps daily, so each PC's share is in its own account by morning, with a log of how it got there.

Frequently asked questions

What data can Lemma split on?

Settlement reports, PM or EHR exports, 835/ERA data down to the CPT line, or any file on a schedule. Integrate directly with the system where your allocation logic lives, or just send us the data by SFTP or upload.

How custom can the rules be?

As custom as your operating agreements: percentages, fixed fees, per-provider or per-location splits, CPT or payer routing, fee-first waterfalls, and caps.

How is this different from cash sweeps?

Cash sweeps move excess cash by balance threshold. Revenue Routing moves revenue by who earned it, using your data. Most groups use both.

How often does it run?

Daily by default. You choose the cadence and the cutoff time.

What happens to money the data can't allocate?

It sits in holding and shows up in a review queue. Nothing moves without a documented basis.

Does this make our shared processor setup compliant?

Lemma is not a law firm. We run the allocation your counsel designs, every day, and keep the record that shows it was done.

Can I approve before anything moves?

Yes. Run approve-then-sweep for as long as you like, then switch to automatic when you trust the rules.

Does this replace our processor or billing system?

No. Keep your processor and your PM system. Lemma reads their data and moves the money.
