Open bank transactions in QuickBooks
In QuickBooks Online, go to Accounting › Bank transactions.

Link Lemma
Click Link account and search for Lemma.

Sign in with your Lemma credentials
QuickBooks redirects you to Lemma to sign in, then back to Lemma to confirm
the connection. Any team member with a banking role can connect QuickBooks
Online.

.qbo file instead. See Export
