Notifications you can turn off
Microdeposit emails
Sent when microdeposits — verification deposits of a dollar or less, sent by another service you’re linking your Lemma account to — arrive in one of your entity’s bank accounts. Lemma checks once a day and includes any microdeposit that arrived in the last three days, so a deposit that lands overnight reaches you the following morning. Every member of the entity can receive these.Transfer approval emails
Sent when a transfer is held by an approval rule and needs your decision. This also covers invoices whose payment is waiting on an approval.Cash sweep approval emails
Sent when someone creates, edits, or turns off a cash sweep and the change needs your approval. The sweep’s status doesn’t change until an owner approves it.Only owners can decide approval requests, so only owners receive the two
approval notifications. You are never emailed about a request you raised
yourself, even when you’re the one who has to approve it.

- Money out: ACH transfers, wire transfers, checks you send, and card processing refunds and chargebacks.
